  1. Worldwide Productions Inc.   -    Software License Agreement

  4. By installing any software that is copyright property of  Worldwide Productions Inc. you are agreeing to a 
  5. legal license agreement between yourself and Worldwide Productions Inc. The said agreement binds the 
  6. licensee to the following terms and conditions:

  8. 1) Software License:
  9.         
  10.         A) You may install and use the software on one computer.
  11.         
  12.         B) You may create one copy of the software to use for back-up purposes only.
  13.  
  14. 2) Restrictions:
  15.  
  16.         A) In no condition are you permitted to distribute copies of the software to any other user. This 
  17.         includes both hardcopy duplication, (floppy or CD-ROM etc.)  or electronically distributed (over a
  18.         network, Internet, etc.).
  19.  
  20.         B) In no condition are you permitted to reverse engineer or decompile the software in any manner.

  22. 3) Distribution:
  23.  
  24.         A) If the software product is used as a component plug-in, the software is royalty free at run time.   
  25.         Using the software within your own product as a function of your software is permissible and no                
  26.         royalties will apply should you choose to distribute your final product.  However, in no condition 
  27.         is it permissible to include and distribute the software within a container, or in a collection, or as a 
  28.         standalone component.  To achieve any of these situations you would need to distribute the license 
  29.         for the software along with your product.  This is not permissible as stated in section 2) 
  30.         Restrictions.  Should you require to distribute the license along with your application you must 
  31.         contact Worldwide Productions Inc. to make special arrangements to do so. Royalties may apply.

  34. 4) Limitations of Liability:
  35.  
  36.         A) In no event will Worldwide Productions Inc. be liable to you for any damage or loss of profit, 
  37.         savings, computer hardware, or computer software, do to the use of the software covered under 
  38.         this agreement.

  40.         B) Worldwide Productions Inc. will only be liable to provide a replacement copy of the software
  41.         covered under this license agreement.

  43. 5) General:
  44.  
  45.         The above noted terms and conditions are a binding contract the moment the software covered 
  46.         under this agreement is installed on one computer.  Any infringement to this license can result in 
  47.         charges being brought against the offending party.  Should you have any questions or concerns 
  48.         regarding this agreement please contact Worldwide Productions Inc. immediately to clear up any 
  49.         issues.
